Preparation and Electrochemical Behavior of an Amorphous Co–Mo Coating with a High Content of Mo

چکیده

At present, alloy materials are being widely used as wear-resistant coatings due to good mechanical properties. In this paper, electrodeposition was prepare a Co–Mo coating. The influence of parameters on the phase, morphology, composition, and property coating has been studied, electrochemical mechanism deeply studied. study process found that when concentration Na2Mo4 is 0.05 mol/L, C6H5Na3O7 0.15 pH solution 7, temperature 50 °C, content Mo in 39.56%, microhardness reaches maximum value 503 HV. behavior optimization bringsa positive shift reduction potential, an increase exchange current density, decrease charge transfer impedance. prepared with leaching Mo-containing waste after component control plating 483.6 HV, which valuable high-value recycling secondary resources.
